This is a G rated Story

At 6:00 PM, Lisa greeted Zack, Kelly, Slater and Jessie and told them to help themselves to a drink. She said "Guys, let’s go to the back yard. Gary is there already. I want to speak to you all about something before Screech gets here." They followed her to the backyard where they met Gary. Lisa introduced them all to each other and then immediately told them about her big news. "Gary is helping to arrange a big black tie dinner event at his school. It will be one of the biggest social events at North Western LA University this year. And you are all invited! Screech’s mother pulled up to Lisa’s driveway. She gave her son a kiss and said, "Have a good time. Ask Slater to drive you home, it is on his way. I am sure he will do you the favor. I don't know when I will be done with work so I might just have to catch up with you later tomorrow."

"Thanks, Mom," Mrs. Powers gave Screech a peck on the forehead as Screech left the car. Mrs. Powers drove away to go to work. Screech decided to walk around to the back yard. He figured Lisa must be out there putting on the final touches. She always did everything so elegantly. As he approached the backyard from the side of the house, he heard the conversation that was already taking place between Lisa and her friends. Lisa continued, "There will be all sorts of famous people from Louisiana there who live in the greater Los Angeles region. Professional athletes, intellectuals, and businessmen. Even some top fashion designers!" he heard Lisa exclaim.

"BusinessMEN?" Jessie angrily blurted out in response to the innocent offense to women the world over.

"Calm down girl, businesspeople, is what I'm sure I meant to say," Lisa quickly corrected herself. "Better?" Lisa looked at Jessie soothingly, and Jessie gave Lisa an approving smile that meant all was forgiven.

Slater said just audibly, "Now you know what I have to deal with all of the time, Lisa," Jessie gently stabbed Slater in the stomach with her elbow and gave him an angry look. Slater looked up shamefacedly, but Jessie unexpectantly gave him a sympathetic kiss on the cheek. She knew that she could be a little much at times. Slater, a bit bewildered by Jessie's sudden softness, could only smile as if he had scored the winning touchdown in the Super Bowl.
